Welcome to St John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Church in Bayonne, parish of the Byzantine Catholic Eparchy of Passaic
The parish family of Saint John's Byzantine Catholic in Bayonne is a Byzantine Ruthenian Catholic parish in Central New Jersey close to New York City.
It has been founded in 1897 by the immigrants from Eastern Europe and is thus one of the oldest catholic parishes in Bayonne NJ.
It is moreover the baptismal parish of the Blessed Miriam Teresa Demjanovich baptized here on March 31, 1901.
We are in full communion with the Holy Father Pope of Rome.
We welcome all new members to our parish family and wish you can feel home with us.
